How does Mycouture send the orders?
Mycouture uses services of global courier companies such as EMS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS and send it orders from logistic center in Shanghai.
What is the shipping cost?
Our deliver is free if the order exceeds 100 €. If order is under 100 €, the shipping costs is 30 €. Shipping duration is from 14 to 28 days.
Where does Mycouture deliver its products?
Delivery all over the world is one of the main principles of Mycouture.
How fast I am going to receive my order?
Аpproximately dilivery duration is 14-28 days.
Would I have to pay any customs fee or taxes for my order?
At the moment we are not able to clear all the customs fees and taxes, therefore, our client is responsible for clearing any customs fee or tax payables.
How can I pay for my order?
Mycouture accepts two payment’s methods via PayPal system:
• Credit card (without having PayPal account)
• PayPal account

How can I trust Mycouture’s payment method?
Mycouture uses PayPal secure payment system. PayPal is the leader in online payment network and provides safe, convenient and fast mean of transferring payments through Internet. PayPal is an encrypted third party payment processor used by millions of people daily.
Can I use gift card as payment tool?
Yes. The gift card would have a code which should be entered at the end of buying process, before the payment. Gift card could be used for one or several purchases. If the card balance is not enough for an order, the buyer can pay the difference using credit card of PayPal account.
What if my order does not fit right?
Mycouture committed to fund any needed alterations if the suit or any other custom made garment does not fit perfectly. We promise to fund any alteration made with local tailor up to 30 €. Therefore, in order to obtain alteration funds client needs to follow next steps:
• First, after receiving your garment, check if it needs alteration
• Second, use your local tailor to alter the garment and fill in alteration form with your tailor printed from the website with required adjustments
• Third, send us filled in alteration form from your account through the link “Refund alteration”
Alteration should be done within first month after receiving the garment. Refunding would be successful if the client follows up all the condition explained in instruction “Final alteration”. Mycouture will review your request and refund your alteration within one week.
Where can I adjust my order to fit me better?
You can adjust your order with any local tailor.
Can I return my order and receive money back?
In case of any mistakes done on our part, we are going to compensate our client with new or modified product. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund an order in any case due to fact that order is custom made for specific profile.
Where does Mycouture tailor its garments?
Mycouture tailors are in Shanghai. Mycouture also has logistic centre and office there.
How long does tailoring of one garment last?
Any garment takes from 3 to 7 days to tailor depends on selected customisation.
Can I order any garment with special details that not included in the website?
Yes. You can contact us and clarify your special customisation detail and we will consider you special request.
Can I order garments for children?
Yes. Please, inform us within the order that the custom garment is for child.
What is the working condition in Mycouture tailoring shop?
Mycouture offers its tailors and other employees appropriate working conditions according to local requirements. Mycouture does not use child labour.
Can I have a discount for bulk order?
Yes, please contact us before ordering.
Can I become a reseller of Mycouture products?
Yes, we are open to any cooperation. Please, contact us via website.
Can I see already made garments somewhere?
Yes, you can see the pictures of our product in Showroom on our website.
Can I see and touch your fabrics before ordering any garment?
You can order samples of fabric of your choice from our website and we will send them to you via mail.
What are Mycouture’s benefits over its competitors?
First, we offer our clients excellent made-to-measure garments with high quality fabrics. Second, we offer our products for reasonable prices. Third, we guarantee perfect fit of our garment to our clients.
How can I be sure that you are using high quality fabrics?
First, you can order samples of fabrics and check the quality with local tailor or by yourself. Second, Mycouture value quality of its product and do not see long-term benefits from lying to its customers about fabric’s composition.
How my personal measurements are used in tailoring my order?
You personal measurements are the first step in creating custom fit garment. However, your measurements are not the exact measurements of final garment and usually are adjusted by our tailors to fit you better.
Can I take measurements from myself or do I need a professional help from any tailor?
You should have assistance taking your measurements, however, it could be your friend or colleague or professional tailor. Our measurement system has exact, easy to understand instructions with images how to take body measurements which enable anyone to take precise measurements.
Can I have few measurements profiles?
Yes. You can have as many measurements profiles as you want.
What if my measurements are beyond possible limits of the measurement’s profile?
Please, contact us and send us your measurements and we will be able to consider your profile.
Can I change measurements on my current order?
It depends if the order has been preceded farther. Please, contact us as soon as possible.
